Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls concerning travels- airline tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurances, car rentals
  • Providing excellent service, in line with established company standards
  • Presenting professional company image while dealing with clients
  • Selling the above-named products with the usage of internal procedures and techniques

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both verbal and written Serbian
  • Communicative level of English
  • High level of communication skills
  • Proactive attitude oriented towards high quality of customer service
  • Ability to work in a part-time mode (Mon- Fri: 11-15) during the holidays season (first month is a training one and we work fulltime 8-16)
