Your responsibilities

  • After-sales customer service in terms of issuing airline tickets and adding additional services
  • Cooperation with external suppliers (including airlines) to verify procedures regarding e.g. refunds and exchanges of airline tickets;
  • Issuing reservations, insurance, verification of bank payments;
  • Work in international GDS reservation systems (Amadeus).

Our expectations

  • Good knowledge of English in speech and writing which enables you to communicate in external suppliers (airlines);
  • Willingness to work in shifts 6-14, 8-16, 14-22, 22-6 (Monday – Friday) and 8-16, 10-18, 14-22, 22-6 (weekends);
  • Ability to work freely with various IT tools and systems;
  • Efficiently finding content on the Internet;
  • High sense of responsibility and reliability in performing the tasks entrusted;
  • Good organization of own work and analytical thinking
