About the team

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator for our Flight Product Department. The Flight Product Management Team, which this role will be part of, is responsible for coordinating and following up on the process of implementing new eSky flight content products. This team is fully dispersed, as the position will report to a Flight Product Manager in Brazil.

Our requirements

We are looking for a person who:

  • Has an excellent level of English (verbal, and especially written skills),

  • Has project management skills;

  • Is an organized person and has the skills to organize process steps,

  • Is a very good communicator and can share information in a clear way, easy to understand,

  • Can work on multiple projects at the same time, at different steps of their timeline,

  • Has prioritization skills and is deadline-oriented,

  • Would like to work flexible hours – starting work between 9 and 12

Your responsibilities

  • Assistance in creating a new product concept and methods of its implementation, including market and competition analysis, testing, performance reviewing and content quality improvement;
  • Support for the process of implementing new product functionalities and new air content suppliers, including assistance in testing internal solutions and tools before the stage of their implementation and delivery to beneficiaries, as well as following up with beneficiaries post implementation to ensure agreed KPIs are met;
  • Consultations with airline partners and suppliers,
  • Supporting the others departments (Customer Service, Operations, Process Improvement in solving operational problems related to flight products functioning,
  • Co-creating and executing procedures related to product distribution, maintenance, and best practices within the department and across the company.
