As a Senior Traffic Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our company’s online presence and driving successful outcomes for our existing campaigns and partnerships. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our visibility across leading hotel search and metasearch platforms such as Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, TripAdvisor, Google Flights, and Kayak. You will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, managing key partnerships, and working collaboratively with both internal and external teams to develop strategies that align with our company’s objectives.

What do you need to succeed at this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing Metasearch marketing campaigns, specifically on platforms like Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, TripAdvisor, Google Flights, and Kayak.
  • Proven track record of handling multi-million dollar Metasearch global portfolios in an OTA, directly responsible for revenue and profit targets.
  • Experience in revenue management, optimizing paid traffic towards volume or ROAS goals under budget or ROAS constraints.
  • Expertise in PPC campaign optimization and understanding of CPA and CPC business models.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for detail.
  • Independent, proactive, and self-driven, with the ability to generate insights and ideas, communicate them effectively, and bring projects to completion.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.


  • Experience in SEM is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of fare construction and GDS distribution.
  • Understanding of APIs and link-building techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analytics platforms, such as Google Data Studio and Tableau.

  • Oversee and optimize our presence on prominent hotel search and metasearch engines, including Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, TripAdvisor, Google Flights, and Kayak.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyzing traffic, sales, and margins to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and interpret complex data sets using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
  • Communicate findings and propose actionable, data-driven recommendations to address challenges and improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical implementation team to efficiently execute and monitor campaign performance.
  • Identify and analyze optimization opportunities for growth, assessing both impact and effort required.
  • Analyze data in detail to derive actionable insights for achieving business objectives.
  • Independently manage external marketing vendors, build long-term partnerships, and ensure the delivery of expected outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Traffic Acquisition Director to achieve marketing objectives, including campaign strategy and execution.
  • Lead and manage small projects with minimal supervision, contributing significant value to the team.
  • Perform month-end sales reconciliation, account audits, and billing.
  • Liaise with internal hotel support teams to resolve search listing, linking, and onboarding issues.
  • Collaborate with external search agencies to maximize value for our hotels and enhance overall program performance.
  • Analyze data and provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive both program and individual hotel performance.
