What challenges await at this position?
Airline Relations:
- Manage relationships with airlines based on company strategy and goals.
- Build and maintain connections with new and existing carriers.
- Choose airlines to work with based on business needs and data analysis.
- Negotiate contracts with partners, review with legal and finance teams.
- Represent the company at industry events.
Budget, Forecasting, Reporting
- Create revenue forecasts and contribute to budgeting and strategy.
- Coordinate billing, process invoices, and maintain receipt records.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in developing strategies.
Product Development
- Analyze the market and competitors for trends to improve products and operations.
- Contribute to product and technology development projects by providing relevant data.
- Ensure updated airline product data in systems and on customer-facing pages.
Partnership Coordination:
- Manage partnerships, contracts, payments, and progress reports.
- Coordinate communication between airlines, suppliers, and the company.
- Provide subject matter assistance to Customer Service and Complaints Teams with airline issues and support resolving internal problems related to airline product distribution.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Onboard new team members.
- Inform company teams about new features from airlines, organize training if needed.

What will you need to succeed?
- At least about 3 years of experience working in airlines and/or travel agencies.
- Good knowledge of the aviation industry.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external business partners and build lasting professional relationships.
- Data driven approach with analytical mind.
- Decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to prepare businesslike presentations for meetings with partners.
- Good hands-on experience with Excel, additional points for Tableau/ Power BI etc.
