We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Flight Trading & Revenue Specialist to join our Flight Product department. In this role, you will manage relationships with selected airline partners, support performance analysis, and help execute marketing initiatives to drive flight sales.

Upcoming challenges:

  • Manage relationships with selected airline partners and support new partner selection.
  • Negotiate commercial terms (e.g. commissions, marketing funds, allocations).
  • Monitor flight performance and key metrics across routes and destinations.
  • Identify improvement areas and suggest actions based on data.
  • Plan and support marketing campaigns with internal teams.
  • Track campaign results and provide performance insights.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and fairs.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven commercial experience in managing sales, pricing, or revenue performance in the flight or tourism industry.
  • A good understanding of how to plan, run, and measure digital marketing campaigns, especially those focused on performance and results.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with business partners or in a partnership-focused role.
  • Confidence in working effectively with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable steps.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
