Our aim is to find a strategic and commercially savvy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the eSky Leadership Team. We are seeking an experienced CFO who will drive strategic financial leadership to accelerate profitable growth and enhance shareholder value. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO is instrumental in providing financial insights that shape key business decisions.


CFO is the face of our financials for eSky team, owners, banks and other institutions and partners Being a Leader for the finance team, consisting of accounting, tax, controlling and treasury functions, CFO is responsible for: shaping financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and compliance, financing, cash flow and capital management, FX risk management.

To be successful in this role you need:

  • a deep understanding of b2c organization, preferably gained in travel or e-commerce industry;
  • commercial mindset, with a track record of driving profitable business growth in the multilocation international environment, including polish market;
  • hands-on approach;
  • ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, board members, and the leadership team;
  • fluent English and Polish;
  • a background in FP&A and M&A is a plus.

Additional information:

  • We are doing very well with remote work, nevertheless the CFO role requires ability to work from Katowice at least once a week (more frequently during the onboarding process).
  • We provide a recruitment process that allows candidates to meet key stakeholders collaborating on a daily basis with the CFO: C-level executives, Supervisory Board members, and senior managers from the finance department.
