We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to join our growing Traffic Acquisition Department at eSky. In this strategic role, you’ll manage tracking infrastructure, ensure the accuracy and health of our airline and hotel product content, and serve as a key technical contact for our Metasearch partners, including Google Flights, Kayak, Trivago.  You will work across departments – IT, Marketing, Product, Business Development – and be responsible for maintaining scalable, high-quality technical solutions that support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end technical management of Metasearch integrations across both Flights and Hotels, overseeing partner relationships, onboarding processes, feed performance, and long-term platform stability. Ensure all integrations with platforms such as Google Flights, Kayak, Trivago, and Jetcost support strategic traffic and revenue goals.
  • Define and own the architecture of our tracking infrastructure, including GTM strategy, script management, and performance monitoring. Ensure accurate attribution, robust data collection, and seamless collaboration between Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams.
  • Oversee DataLayer governance across all eSky platforms, ensuring structured, reliable, and scalable data implementation to support real-time reporting and actionable insights.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for product feed delivery, including flight and hotel availability, pricing accuracy, and content completeness. Proactively identify gaps or failures and lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve them.
  • Drive the resolution of technical incidents, including feed discrepancies, traffic drops, or tracking failures. Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and lead coordination across internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategically manage the onboarding and technical enablement of new acquisition partners, from initial scoping to launch and stabilization. Lead technical evaluations, prioritize integration timelines, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the process.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, integration protocols, and operational procedures. Continuously improve internal workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and implementation quality.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal leadership, providing technical insight to support decision-making across acquisition strategy, marketing technology investments, and partner development.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in implementation, marketing technology, or digital performance environments.
  • Proven track record working with Metasearch integrations (Flights or Hotels) and partner APIs.
  • Hands-on expertise in: GTM, DataLayer, tracking & conversion pixels, Script management, API feed management, performance monitoring tools.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking logic, traffic attribution, and multi-platform architecture.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects across marketing, product, and IT.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business goals into technical solutions.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Polish is an asset but not mandatory.
