We’re looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations and act as the primary point of contact for executives, board members, and key stakeholders. This is a key role requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with fluency in English and the ability to work confidently in a dynamic, international environment.

Challenges:
- Coordinate and communicate with board members, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external parties, managing communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Support the CEO by proactively addressing needs and resolving issues as they arise.
- Managing the meeting calendar, coordinating schedules, and organizing business trips (bookings, logistics, expense settlements).
- Preparing materials, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Participating in meetings conducted in Polish and English (including taking notes and distributing summaries and follow-up tasks).
- Supporting internal and external communication preparing correspondence, liaising with business partners, clients, and contractors.
- Overseeing documentation, contracts, and their circulation in close cooperation with the legal or accounting departments.
- Providing operational and organizational support based on the current needs of the Executive Board.

To succeed in this role, you need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives or top management.
- Fluent Polish and English, both spoken and written, essential for daily communication in an international environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proactivity and independence in problem-solving, with confidence to make decisions within your area of responsibility.
- Confident and assertive communication style manages expectations, and the ability to handle high-level interactions with professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a high level of discretion and trust.
- Proven experience in calendar management, travel planning, and executive-level logistics.
- Solid understanding of how corporate environments and business operations work.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Katowice (Green Park).
