We are seeking a new team member to drive profitability across our dynamic packaging business (Flight + Hotel). In this role, you will eliminate revenue leakage along the customer journey, optimize margins, and build scalable processes in close collaboration with Finance, Product, CX, and Technology teams.

What will your journey with us look like?

Revenue Assurance & Margin Optimization

Root-Cause Analysis & Recovery: Identify sources of revenue leakage, including flight/hotel refunds and disputes, and drive initiatives to recover lost funds.
Margin Enhancement: Recommend price-padding strategies and pricing adjustments to maximize the profitability of Flight + Hotel packages.
Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize a structured backlog of revenue recovery opportunities.

Process Optimization & Automation

Process Auditing: Review booking, billing, and pricing workflows to catch errors, enforce compliance, and eliminate inefficiencies.
Workstream Automation: Partner with Product and Tech teams to reduce manual processes, increase operational accuracy, and scale solutions.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

KPI Tracking: Produce clear reports on recovered revenue, billing accuracy, and operational error rates.
Executive Insights: Highlight emerging risks, operational trends, and growth opportunities to senior management.

Cross-Functional Operations

Serve as the primary connective tissue between Finance, CX, Operations, Commercial, Product, and IT to resolve financial leaks and streamline company-wide practices.

To succeed in this role, you need:

Strong understanding of transaction economics, refunds, settlements, and revenue leakage.
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
Curious, self-driven mindset comfortable solving problems without a predefined playbook.
Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Fluency in English.
Openness to using AI tools to optimize everyday workflows.
Experience in e-commerce/travel/OTAs, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
