We’re looking for someone to take ownership of accounting for our Group’s UK company, a person who feels equally at home reconciling balances, talking to auditors, and coordinating across teams that don’t always speak the same language. If you’ve got a solid accounting background, know your way around intercompany settlements, and like being the person who keeps the numbers honest, let’s talk!

What will your journey with us look like?
- Coordination of the entire accounting process for our UK company, working closely with the accounting teams responsible for individual processes, the invoicing team, and controlling.
- Prepare intercompany settlements between the parent company and the UK entity: accruals, invoice requests, balance reconciliation, and keeping deadlines on track.
- Confirm and reconcile balances with major suppliers on a regular basis.
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Take part in the cost document approval process and approve outgoing supplier payments in the banking system.
- Oversee the trust settlement process end to end.
- Support treasury with liquidity analysis and control, and support controlling with product profitability analysis, providing explanations as needed
- Cooperation with an external accounting office on tax settlements and statutory reporting.
- Coordinate the financial audit process and support other audits tied to the UK company’s operations.
- Every quarter, prepare data for financial statement consolidation: turnover and balance reconciliations, plus the balance sheet and income statement under Polish accounting standards.
- Keep financial and accounting procedures complete and up to date.
- Act as the main point of contact for other UK company teams on documents and settlements.
