We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Social Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok, with a strong focus on achieving ROI goals. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns that align with sales and performance goals.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok) from start to finish.
- Build and manage dynamic ad campaigns using product catalogues across Meta and other platforms, ensuring the correct definition and maintenance of product feeds, catalogue integrations, and audience retargeting funnels.
- Run continuous A/B tests on creative, copy, audience, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with design/content teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored for performance goals.
- Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Develop engaging advertising content and creative concepts tailored to campaign formats.
- Collaborate closely with brand, design, content, PR, SEO, and marketing automation teams.
- Use analytical tools to track campaign performance and measure KPIs.
- Define and target custom and lookalike audiences to reach, matching audience to creative and product.
- Produce comprehensive reports, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

What you’ll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing paid social campaigns and reporting performance.
- Hands-on experience in eCommerce or lead-based sales through social advertising, including advanced knowledge of dynamic product ads and feed-based marketing.
- Strong expertise with Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager; experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Snapchat is a plus.
- Good understanding of attribution models, tracking (Pixel/Conversions API), and retargeting strategies.
- Experience collaborating with external partners and international teams.
- Background in content creation and basic graphic design or editing.
- Basic copywriting skills and understanding of persuasive ad copy principles.
- Strong grasp of campaign targeting, optimization, and analytics.
- Very good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Readiness to travel internationally when required.
