We are looking for a proactive Performance and Commercial Specialist to join our Flight Product team, which handles commission and cost negotiations, as well as the way we distribute flight offers across our sales channels. Working closely with airline partners, you’ll help the team promote selected airlines and destinations by creating and planning activities to drive flight sales offers. You’ll also be the main contact between our team and the airline partners we collaborate with,  helping to align on goals, plan joint marketing activities, and use data to support campaign and performance decisions.

Upcoming challenges:

  • Monitor flight performance and key metrics across routes and destinations.
  • Identify improvement areas and suggest actions based on data.
  • Plan and support marketing campaigns with internal teams.
  • Track campaign results and provide performance insights.
  • Negotiate commercial terms (e.g. commissions, marketing funds, allocations).
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and fairs.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in marketing or sales roles. 
  • The ability to plan and coordinate marketing activities in digital channels that support sales objectives across different channels.
  • Being confident in clearly communicating to stakeholders how marketing performance affects commercial outcomes. 
  • Feeling comfortable in negotiating commercial terms such as commissions, margins, etc. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to efficiently cooperate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with ease.
  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable with analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
