We are looking for a Senior Internal Control & Risk Management Analyst (Process Manager) to support building best in class functions that will safeguard our assets, ensure compliance and provide a clear group wide view of our risk landscape. It’s a great opportunity to join and build the function from scratch sharing the experience.

Challenges:

  • Supporting building and implementation of Internal Control & Risk Management standards within the Group.
  • Collaboration with functional leaders to identify the risks and support creating the risk register.
  • Establish and monitor minimum control standards across the organization with a pragmatic approach.
  • Lead process mapping in the organization and standardize the outcome in form policies, procedures and instructions.
  • Manage key risks, register and perform periodical controls to measure the process condition.

You’ll need:

  • Min. 3 years of experience working in internal control / risk management areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and external partners.
  • Awareness of market trends and treasury-related technology solutions.
  • Mapping process experience (Lean Six Sigma certificates are not required)
  • Attention to the details.
