The passion for traveling is what unites the entire eSky Group (eSky, eDestinos, Thomas Cook). Our online travel agency was created by combining years of experience in the travel industry with a love for modern technology. We develop solutions that inspire people to explore the world and together, we turn these inspirations into experiences.
We are building a profitable hotel sales engine inside one of the largest online travel platforms in Central Europe. We already have access to hotel inventory, content and rates. The challenge now is to make that supply commercially work: the right rate, the right customer, the right price, the right channel while protecting margin. This is a senior individual-contributor role where your output is decisions, experiments and results.

What will your journey with us look like?
- Own hotel pricing and margin management: set and continuously optimise margin levels across hotels and markets, balancing price competitiveness, conversion, booking volume and profitability.
- Optimise how hotels are distributed across our sales channels, including price comparison platforms such as Google Hotel Ads, Trivago and Tripadvisor.
- Diagnose why a hotel, rate or channel is underperforming: by investigating the full customer path from first impression through to booking and cancellation.
- Design and run pricing and distribution experiments, measure outcomes and iterate.
- Build dashboards and monitoring tools together with Data and BI teams.
- Identify where manual processes can be automated and collaborate with Engineering and Data Science when better tooling or models are needed.

To succeed in this role, you need:
- Direct hands-on experience in setting and adjusting hotel pricing and margin levels is a must. You have personally made pricing and margin decisions and understand their impact on competitiveness, conversion and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly with data: using SQL and Excel/Sheets to investigate a problem yourself, not waiting for someone else to prepare the analysis.
- Practical understanding of how price comparison platforms work (Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, Tripadvisor): how bidding and auction dynamics affect visibility, how feed quality and rate consistency influence ranking, and how acquisition cost connects to actual profitability: not just clicks or bookings.
- Experience running experiments and explaining not just what happened, but why, and what you changed as a result.
