What will your journey with us look like?
- Cultivating strategic, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
- Performing active market analysis and monitoring sales trends to optimize partner performance.
- Leading and managing new business projects and marketing initiatives within the affiliate ecosystem.
- Auditing partner-published content.
- Providing operational support.

To succeed in this role, you need:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance-based partnerships in e-commerce sectors.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable business conclusions.
- A proactive approach with the ability to independently manage new processes and take ownership of projects.
- A growth mindset with the ability to navigate through market challenges and remain focused on long-term targets.
- Very good command of English, at least B2.
