The passion for traveling is what unites the entire eSky Group (eSky, eDestinos, Thomas Cook). Our online travel agency was created by combining years of experience in the travel industry with a love for modern technology. We develop solutions that inspire people to explore the world and together, we turn these inspirations into experiences..
We’re taking eSky’s loyalty program from proof of concept to a fully working product. We’re looking for someone to lead this initiative: a person who can combine a business, product, and analytical mindset while feeling at home in the world of development and Scrum. If you have a background in digital marketing (CRM, Marketing Automation, Loyalty), know how to run projects, work well with different stakeholders, and speak the same language as development teams – let’s talk!

What will your journey with us look like?
- You’ll take eSky’s loyalty program from proof of concept to a fully working product: validating mechanics, iterating based on results, and continuing to develop it after launch.
- You’ll translate business goals into requirements for development teams, making sure the business voice is heard throughout the development process.
- You’ll run A/B tests, analyse customer segments, monitor program KPIs, and make data-driven decisions on next steps.
- You’ll plan and launch activation and retention campaigns: from communicating benefits to segmented CRM activities that drive purchase frequency.
- You’ll work in Scrum with tech teams: understanding how sprints work, shaping requirements, and helping development move forward.
- You’ll own the program roadmap: prioritising features, testing hypotheses iteratively, and growing the product across release cycles.

- The ability to run complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in Scrum with development teams.
- The ability to translate business goals into clear requirements: for both dev teams and other program stakeholders.
- A mindset where going live is just the beginning: you track results, learn, and keep improving.
- Confidence to make decisions and move forward without waiting to be told what to do.
- Strong command of English.
- An analytical, data-driven approach: comfortable working in Excel and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
