We’re looking for a Scrum Product Owner to come on board our Software Product Development team. You’ll help shape the development strategy for our native mobile apps, used every day by customers in 53 countries. You’ll work closely with the tech team and stakeholders to deliver new features, improve existing solutions, and keep communication clear and smooth between everyone involved.

What will your journey with us look like?

  • Take part in shaping the development strategy for eSky Group’s native mobile apps.
  • Work closely with Business Owners on an ongoing basis to co-create concepts for the technology products you own.
  • Translate needs into clear functional requirements and manage the backlog, based on product analysis, stakeholder communication, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with development teams throughout the software development process, actively participating in working sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Verify delivered work to ensure it is correct and meets the agreed business requirements.
  • Create and maintain business documentation.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing technology delivery and implementation for native mobile applications.
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the product.
  • Ability to apply Scrum and Product Owner practices in day-to-day work.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum), with hands-on experience.
  • Very good communication skills, including the ability to justify decisions and have constructive discussions with stakeholders.
  • Ability to organize your own work efficiently and coordinate others.
  • Basic understanding of platform differences (iOS vs Android) and mobile UI best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and turn insights into solution concepts, with a particular focus on the potential of mobile applications.
  • Experience working with Jira and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Chat GPT, Notion, NotebookLM, Claude, and Gemini, etc.) and the ability to use them effectively in day-to-day work.
  • A proactive approach to trends, news, and major changes in mobile e-commerce.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • English at B2 level.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of Travel industry specifics.
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
